Nothing brings me greater joy than when I get to be in support of a woman as she recognizes her own power, whether as mother, friend, sister, teacher, or coach. This passion informs my deep care and connection with my clients and fuels my drive to provide the best, most appropriate, and intentional care I can.
When I’m not working…
I’m a wife, mother of three, and owner of a goofy Labrador. You’ll often find me taking a walk, reading a good book, or knitting (although less frequently). I’m a seeker and connector who loves, laughs, and nurtures deeply!
